Gaby Triana’s Island of Bones (Haunted Florida) pulled me in so thoroughly that when I finished it I looked up, blinked a few times, and realized it was more than an hour past when I wanted to go to bed. Gaby Triana does a great job with the rich history and backstory. The characterization is spot on. I like how the suspense builds with the storm in the background. It adds a layer to the story, making it more intriguing. I would definitely live in that house.
